1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and pkww ("pkww", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at pkww.net. 3.3 Account Name Accuracy

If the names do not match, pkww may withhold withdrawal processing until the discrepancy is resolved. 4.2 Deposit Processing

8 Account Closure & Suspension

If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the account will be reinstated and normal access restored without prejudice.

8.2 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more. pkww reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts after this period, details of which are published in the account management section of the platform. pkww will make reasonable attempts to notify the account holder before dormancy fees are applied. 8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkww's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. pkww is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of enjoyment, or reputational harm.
